Well-being at work

Well-being is a top priority for our organisation and is a theme in our Leading Stronger25 management training. We track the mental health and well-being of employees through the Care for People dimension in our Employee Engagement Survey. The dimension covers areas such as zero tolerance of inappropriate behaviour, work and personal life balance, respectful treatment, addressing concerns, and more. In 2024, the score was xx% (2022: 78%), compared to our target of xx%. More than two-thirds of our organisation (70%) reported having a good work-life balance, a 2% improvement on 2023. The improvement reflects the focus placed on work-life balance at team level where managers are encouraged to distribute work effectively when team members report problems.
