    Our ambition to Enhance Society Together is embedded in our commitment to an inclusive culture. In 2024, we appointed a global ED&I manager who oversees and drives the ED&I activities initiated within our organisation.

    Well-being at work

    Well-being is a top priority for our organisation and is a theme in our Leading Stronger25 management training. We track the mental health and well-being of employees through the Care for People dimension in our Employee Engagement Survey.

    Giving Back

    Our people care about positively impacting the lives and living environment of vulnerable people. They do this through their work, and also contribute their own time, expertise and money to individual initiatives and our BrITE Foundation.

    Our achievements in 2024 demonstrate the success of our strategy, Stronger25. We expect it to deliver further opportunities for growth in 2025. Our new strategy will launch in the second half of the year, taking us towards 2030.
