Profile and composition of the Supervisory Board

Royal HaskoningDHV has a two-tier structure, whereby the Supervisory Board is a separate and independent body from the Executive Board.

Supervisory Board Meetings

The Supervisory Board convenes on a regular basis to monitor the overall performance and development of the company. Additional Supervisory Board meetings are scheduled if and when required to discuss strategic, transactional and governance matters.

Remuneration Report

The remuneration policy for the Executive Board is designed to attract, reward, incentivise and retain qualified and expert individuals that the company needs to achieve its strategic objectives.

Remuneration 2024

The Supervisory Board decided, within the remuneration policy adopted by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2020 and in line with the benchmark, to increase the fixed remuneration of the CFO and the CCO by 3% and the salary of the CEO by 12%.
