Governance reporting

Descriptions of the roles and responsibilities of our management, Business Line Directors and the (HL) Works Council in respect of Responsible & Sustainable Business are integrated within the governance model. It is part of management targets starting at Executive Board level and is cascaded downwards. Responsible and Sustainable Business (RSB) is a shared ambition of the Executive Board, although it is a key responsibility of the CEO.
